Ting Sha chimes are used for meditating and are made to help to bring your concentration into the present.
The ting sha chimes are sounded at the beginning of any meditation session. They come in two different sizes and come complete with instruction cards and also their is a leaflet about the history of tingsha.
The chimes diameters range from four to seven centimetres, and can come plain or with a special buddhist engraving, this costs an extra nine pounds.
