Our Tibetan singing bowls are the main auditory aid for use in meditation, and are very traditional in buddhism.
The singing bowl is meant to be tapped with the wooden stick that is known as a puja or you can roll the puja around the rim of the bowl and this causes it to sing a rythmic continous tone which is designed to help the user focus and concentrate.
The bowls are approximately twelve centimetres in diameter and are all made in Nepal, they are all made of brass and are left with the natural look.
The singing bowls are under twenty eight pounds.
