Neti is an Indian word for the cleaning of the nasal passage, using some form of irrigation, with the neti pot you can place warm salty water in them and then clear the nostrils this way. It may sound a bit strange to people knew to this but this is a very common practice and has been around for thousands of years.
A netis pot is a basic and convenient way of cleaning your nostrils and helping you to breathe more freely. In some religions this is an everday occurence, but not in England, here it is considered the best way of relieving any congestion you may have in the nostrils, whether it is caused by a cold or by allergies you may have, perfect for people who suffer from hay fever.
The pot comes complete with instructions although it is very simple to use, although it does take some getting used to at first.
