Our meditation products have been made from recycled products and bought from fair trade companies, they are designed tso that they help you to maintain a good posture during the sitting and avoid all unnecessary strain on the spine.
We have been making all the correct cushions and supports for many years so we know what is needed and our design has evolved over the years into what we have now, we put all the products through strenous tests, a lot more than what they would be exposed to in a meditation session.
When choosing meditation products no two people will usually have exactly the same preference it is totally up to the individual, whatever they feel comfortable with is the best. But you have to be sure that the soine, neck or pelvis is supported correctly because if it isnt then it can be detremental to your body.
