Blue Banyans Meditation mats are made to our own specific design, the meditation mat is made from recycled products and comes in a choice of eight colours including zen black and lilac.
The flat mats are made so that they are able to keep their shape for many years and are beneficial to gaining the comfort you need when you are meditating and also support for the pelvis and spine and providing cushioning for the ankles. The mats are of course created to a high standard and the tassels are hand stitched.
If you purchase one of our mats for meditation we also recommend that you acquire a meditation cushion and stool, which we also sell, these items combined make a perfect meditation space.
The portable mats are very popular as they have all the qualities of normal mats, but are easy to fold away and carry around, so perfect if you have to travel to get to relaxation classes.
