Ayurvedic Tinctures

Tinctures are liquid solutions of the soluble active ingredients in plant material and enable rapid absorption of the active ingredients into the bloodstream. These tinctures are made by macerating organic herbs in organic rye alcohol and purified water to extract (and preserve) the active ingredients of the herbs used.

Usage:

1. Add the recommended dosage (as per the label) to 2 cm boiling water and leave to steep for at least 3 minutes. This process allows 99% plus of the alcohol to evaporate.

2. Drink the herbal solution - note that the taste should be discernible.
